Dinner is served family-style at 6:30pm, and no two nights are ever quite the same. Each meal is designed by a member of our Lodge Crew whose creativity, combined with the best local ingredients we can get our hands on, shapes the menu for that evening.
The meal begins with soup, salad, and fresh-baked Lodge bread — a different recipe each time, and somehow always the thing people talk about on the way home. Around 7pm, we bring out the main course and sides. When the plates are cleared, we close the meal with a dinner talk: a brief, lively moment where the crew introduces themselves and shares a short presentation, reading, game, or something else entirely. Dessert follows, and by around 8pm most folks are drifting toward the fire, the porch, or wherever the evening takes them.
We cook one meal each night. It's the same for everyone at the table — and that's kind of the point. If you have dietary restrictions, let us know when you reserve and we'll do our best to make sure you're taken care of.
Beverages are BYO, and should be consumed responsibly. No hard alcohol permitted per college policy.
