Individual and small-group cancellation (15 people or fewer)

• Full refund if canceled more than two weeks (14 days) before the reservation date.
• No refund for cancellations made less than one week (7 days) before the reservation date.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the reservation receive a 50% refund.

Large-group cancellation (more than 15 people)

• Full refund if canceled more than one month (30 days) before the reservation date.
• No refund if canceled less than two weeks (14 days) before the reservation date.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the reservation receive a 50% refund.

• Dogs are welcome. Owners must supervise dogs and clean up immediately.
• Dogs may not be in the main room during food service.
• Because bunkroom configurations may mix parties, book the entire room if you plan to bring a dog.

Guests are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy with their meal; however, the Lodge does not have a liquor license and the crew cannot serve alcoholic beverages. In accordance with campus policy, hard alcohol is not permitted at the Lodge. All visitors, groups, and events must comply with New Hampshire state law concerning alcohol. Dartmouth properties are smoking and vaping free. 

All Dartmouth students and student groups must comply with the College's alcohol and other drugs policy. Drinking games are not permitted in the Lodge, bunkhouses, or on the adjacent grounds. All guests are expected to behave in an appropriate manner at the Lodge. Violation of any of these policies could result in a guest being asked to leave, a call to the local police, and/or, for students, a report to their dean.

There is no cell service or Wi-Fi at the Ravine Lodge. There is a guest phone available on the bottom level of the main building, should you need to make or receive a call. We hope you'll enjoy being present and unplugged during your stay here!
