Fall 2021 Access

Due to the continuing unavailability of cabins at the Second College Grant, Day Access Passes will be allowed for Grant access from October 1 - November 28 (last day of deer rifle season).

Each eligible pass holder will be given one vehicle permit and may have three guests in that vehicle. These passes are valid for up to two days per week, from sun-up until sundown, any days of the week including weekends. No more than 3 passes will be issued per day. Access will be through the Main Gate only.

To make arrangements to obtain a gate key and vehicle permit, please contact

Kevin Evans, College Forester
603-449-2049/office or 603-359-1534/cell
Kevin.S.Evans@Dartmouth.edu

From 10/15 thru 10/25 Riley Patry will be the point of contact:
Riley Patry
603-449-2049/office or 723-0318/cell
Riley.K.Patry@Dartmouth.edu.

Key pick-up and drop off will take place at the Woodlands Office, 731 Milan Road, Milan, NH and must be pre-arranged with Kevin or Riley.

Keys will be placed in a brown box on the porch with pass holders name on it. Keys will be placed in box at 8 am the day before pass is valid.

Keys must be returned to this same box within 24 hours after final entry day with name of passholder included.

Please note that the Woodland’s office is not staffed 24/7 or consistently as we are usually at the Grant, where cell phones don’t work.
