The DOC cabins outside the Grant use a nightly flat-rate pricing structure that varies by cabin. Class of '66 Lodge and Nunnemacher Cabin have a split-rate structure to accommodate for their larger capacity. For these two cabins, your rate is determined by the size of your party.
Current undergraduate students receive free cabin rentals. The below rates apply to all other reservations. Groups that include at least one DOC Life member receive a 25% discount on the below rates. Groups composed entirely of DOC Life members receive free rentals. All weekday reservations receive a 20% peak-season discount, or 40% off-season discount.

For Cabins inside the Grant, rental fees are calculated based on the size and composition of your group. ResNexus will calculate your rate for you if you follow these steps:
Prior to selecting a cabin or dates for your reservation, open the drop down menu near the top of the screen. Use the arrows to adjust the number of guests from each category included in your reservation. There must be 1 "Admin Use Only" present for your reservation to go through. Once you've adjusted the number of people in your reservation, click "apply." Now when you select dates and a cabin, it will show you what your rate will be before and including taxes.

If your reservation is for an educational group, ask the Cabins Manager if you are eligible to receive a discounted flat rate. The educational group flat rate is $75 per night, with a 20% discount for weekdays. As with all other reservations, you still must submit a guest list, and your reservation will not be finalized until then.
