Reservations

The Lodge is currently accepting reservation requests for Reunions and Commencement weekend in 2026 via this form. Other reservation requests will be considered on the following timeline:

Jan 5 - Dartmouth partner organizations

Feb 2 - Dartmouth undergraduate and graduate students

Mar 2 - The greater Dartmouth community and general public

*Midweek discount, Sunday through Thursday nights: $15.00 off Adult and Child rates.

Children under three eat dinner and breakfast free. 

An 18% gratuity is added to meals for groups of eight or more.

 

 

 

Dartmouth undergraduate students are welcome to eat and stay at the Lodge for free. When you make a reservation, we require a card to be put on file. This card will be charged the student rate for no-shows or cancellations within our cancellation window.

This policy is in place to prevent extra work, food waste, and to ensure that we can continue to serve dinners for free at the Lodge.
