Booking Essentials
- Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Unpaid reservations are subject to cancellation.
- Cancellation (summary): Full refund if canceled more than 14 days before arrival for parties of 15 or fewer. Different rules apply for larger groups — see Policies & FAQs.
