Please take a look at the below calendar to find dates we are available. When you reach out, please let us know which meals you would like to include in your reservation and if anyone in your group has any dietary restrictions.
We will begin taking reservations for the 2027 season in January of 2027

An 18% gratuity is added to meals for groups of eight or more.

Undergraduate Reservations
Dartmouth undergraduate students are welcome to eat and stay at the Lodge for free. Dinner no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged a $15 per person cancellation fee through their Dartmouth's Admin Fees and Fines account.
This policy is in place to prevent extra work, food waste, and to ensure that we can continue to serve dinners for free at the Lodge.
