Willow oversees all programmatic offerings of the Outdoor Programs Office, including the DOC, First Year Trips, Alpine Stewardship and trail maintenance, Wellness Programs, staff-led programs, and risk management. I have a particular interest in developing programs that center shared outdoor experiences which nurture a sense of belonging and overall well-being.

Relevant and past work experience:
I have had a diverse career, but one highlight was as Program Director of Camp Glen Brook, where I oversaw the summer camp, visiting schools program, and all-ages programs. I particularly enjoyed teaching geology and glaciology to high school students on backpacking trips in the White Mountain National Forest.
